We purchased this mouse and ended up returning it as it didn't seem to relieve the stress on the wrist very well. The angle definitely was different than a regular mouse, but seemed to be slightly unnatural. We have since purchased a different ergonomic mouse and like this one better. I'm sure this is a good deal for the money, but just wasn't the right fit for us.
