This is a great mouse for the price. I like the fact that I can leave the transmitter plugged into a usb port and not have to take it out every time I shut down my laptop and plug it back in when booting up. It has a small switch on the bottom of the mouse that you just turn off when not in use. It also does not have any annoying flashing lights on it to distract my attention from the screen. It tracks very well and does not have problems with the click detection. My old wireless mouse would not work very well and I would have to click multiple times in many cases to make the command respond. I cant comment on the battery life since I have only had it a couple of weeks but I would highly recommend this mouse to anyone at the present time.
