First things first... It is hard to find an actual 5200mAh MSI Wind battery, OEM or not. Some of the generic batteries out there are marketed as 5200mAh, but are actually much less. This OEM 5200mAh battery replaced an 8-month-old, 9-cell, generic 7200mAh battery that was only giving me about 5 hours of use. I like the thinner nature of this one and I get a little over 4 hours of actual usage. The rubber feet also seem to stay on better than the last one. It was definitely worth the extra expense.
