The keyboard does take some getting used to, but I've used it before and I'm glad to have another one. I think it's good to switch keyboard styles. Variety helps to ease the aches from carpal tunnel, too. I've been able to avoid full-blown carpal tunnel syndrome by using all the ergonomic things I can find. And they really do help, a lot!
The "natural" mouse is my absolute favorite mouse. I've used this style for many years now. As soon as I go back to a regular mouse, my hand, wrist and arm start aching again. With this mouse, the hand is more in a sideways position and it's so much more comfortable. If Microsoft ever stopped making this mouse, I would be very unhappy.
This new set that I just received has a teeny little USB receiver that plugs into the port directly, so there is no wire to drag across the desk. I'm really glad they got rid of the wire. It's a small but nice improvement.
I wish that Microsoft bundled the Natural Ergonomic mouse with their regular Comfort Curve keyboard, as well. I prefer to buy the bundled mouse and keyboard wireless Set so there is only one USB receiver. I'd like to see this Mouse available with other keyboards, for variety.
